WHAT MAKES A WINNING PHOTOGRAPH
Winning photos usually represent something unique, something that stands out over and above all other photos. The winners present a special and interesting idea, often original and generally positive.

You do NOT need to be a professional or experienced photographer to win. However, do pay attention to the basic things, like focus, light and composition and your photos will improve.

Take your time thinking about the subject for your photographs, and remember, there will be hundreds of others with similar ideas, so look outside the lens and dig deep for original creative inspiration.
