5. Your camera's removable memory card needs to be compatible with our specifications. See Tech Spec button above.


6. Do not submit more than one photograph for the same phrase.


7. We have a very tight schedule to keep, so please be punctual and stick to the times stated in the Info page.


8. Participants are asked to accept that all images submitted as part of the event may be used for up to five years by Shoot Experience (and partners for this event) for publicity and marketing purposes only. The copyright remains yours. For full details see our T&Cs and Partners page above.


9. The aim of the game is to have fun. Whilst on the streets and in our venues, we reserve the right to disqualify you if you behave in a way we deem to be unacceptable. Please respect the property of others and ask permission before you photograph people and property.


10. All correspondence is made with team leader via the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase.

Let's get the boring bit over and done with - for maximum enjoyment on the day, please read the following before you come along on the day:

1. To submit your photographs you will need to hand in the removable memory card from your camera which will be returned at the end of the day.


2. Anyone in your team can take photographs but you will hand in just one set of photos for the whole team at the end of the day.


3. The removable memory card must contain ONLY the specified number of photos – one to answer each phrase or word on the day. WE CANNOT ACCEPT MEMORY CARDS ON THE DAY WITH MORE THAN THE SPECIFIED NUMBER OF PHOTOGRAPHS. You will need to delete all other photographs from the memory card apart from your final submissions.


4. CAMERAS - we recommend you bring two cameras - one to try out ideas and take photos to keep from the day, and the other to take your final photographs – this will be the memory card you hand in for judging with only the specified number of photographs.


5. DO NOT BRING A COMPUTER – editing your photos on a computer will make the removable memory card unreadable so we will not be able to judge your photos. No computers please...
