How we achieve this…
A Shoot Experience corporate team-building event asks teams to solve clues and take photographs representing the answers. Prizes are awarded based on the individuality, creativity and team effort shown in the photographs.
For an effective team-building exercise the members of the group must see the benefit of working together, as opposed to individually, to perform a certain task. We encourage each member of the team to take on a vital role in the activity, be it navigator, artistic director, photographer or location scout. Visible team involvement in photographs is actively encouraged, as is interaction with the local community. So groups find working together to achieve the goals of the day beneficial.
