MEMORY CARD SPECIFICATIONS
The removable memory card must be one of the following. If it is not listed below, we will not be able to read it.
* CompactFlash
* Memory Sticks
* Microdrive
* MultiMediaCard
* Secure Digital
* SmartMedia
* xD Picture Flash Card
* SD, Mini SD
* MMC plus
* Magicstore Drive
* Memory Stick PRO
* Memory Stick duo
* MMC mobile, RSMMC
* Memory Stick PRO Duo
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
CAMERAS
Although we will have cameras for you to use on the day, you may want to bring along your own digital camera. We recommend you have two cameras - one to try out ideas and take photos to record of the day, and the other to take your final photographs – this will be the memory card/camera you hand in for judging at the end of the day with only four photographs..
Be prepared:
* Clear your removable memory cards before the day! You can only submit one photo per clue.
* Charge and set up your cameras before the day. Set up your camera to take pictures with minimum dimensions of: 1600 x 1200 (and preferably greater.
* You can only submit JPEGS on the day. If you’re not sure about this we are pretty confident that your camera is set up by default to do this...so don’t worry...
* We cannot guarantee that your removable memory cards will be readable on the day so as a fail-safe bring your camera's USB cable along.
